1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all services provided by InvoAura Logistics Ltd. (Company). By accepting a quote and booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

The Company acting as a courier will collect and deliver consignments as instructed by the Customer. We reserve the right to use sub-contractors to fulfill our obligations where necessary.

3. Customer Obligations

The Customer must ensure that:

• Consignments are securely and safely packed to withstand the normal rigors of transport.
• Accurate details including dimensions, weight, pickup, and delivery locations are provided.
• No dangerous, illegal, or hazardous goods are included in the consignment unless explicitly agreed in writing beforehand.

4. Liability & Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your goods, our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with the industry standard limits unless enhanced insurance is arranged prior to transit.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are strictly payable within the agreed credit terms. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with late payment legislation.
