Do you offer out-of-hours and overnight courier services?
Yes. InvoAura Logistics operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are no extra surcharges for bank holidays or Sunday midnight bookings — we treat every urgent delivery with equal urgency regardless of the time.
Can I book a same day courier at short notice?
Absolutely. Same day bookings can be placed right up until the moment you need collection. Our dispatch team monitors requests constantly and will assign the nearest available vehicle within minutes of confirmation.
Do you offer next day or scheduled courier services too?

Do you cover all UK locations?
Yes. Our same day courier UK network covers the entire British mainland — from central London and Birmingham to the Scottish Highlands, Wales, East Anglia, and remote coastal postcodes. We also cover Northern Ireland and can arrange European urgent deliveries on request.
Can you deliver from one city to another on the same day?
Yes. We regularly handle city-to-city same day deliveries — London to Manchester, Birmingham to Edinburgh, and similar long-haul urgent runs. A suitable vehicle is assigned exclusively to your consignment for a direct, non-stop route.
Do you service rural or hard-to-reach areas?
Yes. While our average collection time for major cities is under 60 minutes, we also cover rural postcodes. Collection times may be slightly longer in remote areas, but we will always give you a realistic and honest ETA before you confirm.
Cargo & Items
What types of items can be delivered?
We transport almost anything that can legally travel by road: legal documents and contracts, medical samples and pharmaceuticals, high-value IT equipment, fragile prototypes, engineering spare parts, retail stock, exhibition stands, pallets, and personal important items such as passports. If it fits in a vehicle, we can handle it.
Can you transport fragile or high-value goods?
Yes. Because each booking uses a dedicated vehicle, your items are never subjected to the rough-and-tumble of shared conveyor-belt sorting systems. Our drivers use blanket wrapping, strapping, and appropriate securing methods tailored to your cargo type.
Can you handle pallets and large freight?
Yes. Our fleet includes Luton box vans with tail-lifts, flatbeds, and large-payload vehicles capable of handling full pallets and heavy goods. Specify your dimensions and weight when booking and we will deploy the correct asset.
Are there any items you cannot transport?
We cannot transport illegal goods, certain hazardous materials without specialist certification, or items that exceed the legal payload of our vehicles. If you are unsure about your cargo, contact us before booking and our team will advise.
Tracking & Communication
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Yes. All our vehicles are fitted with live GPS tracking. Our operations team can provide status updates on demand throughout the journey. You will also receive an electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) — including a geolocated timestamp, recipient signature, and optional delivery photo — the moment your goods are handed over.
Will my goods be mixed with other shipments?
No. By default, every booking secures a 100% dedicated vehicle. Your consignment is the only cargo on board from collection to delivery. Multi-drop cost-sharing options are available on request if you specifically want to reduce cost.
Who do I contact if there is an issue during delivery?
Every booking is assigned a named account manager who monitors your consignment personally. You can reach your account manager directly via phone or WhatsApp throughout the transit. Our 24/7 operations line is also always available.
Pricing & Payment

Pricing is calculated dynamically based on vehicle type required and the direct mileage between your collection and delivery postcodes. Are your drivers vetted and background checked?
Yes. All InvoAura Logistics drivers undergo a rigorous vetting process including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, professional reference verification, and driver licence validation before they are onboarded to our fleet.
Is InvoAura Logistics fully insured?
Yes. We carry comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance and full public liability coverage. All our vehicle operators are professionally insured for hire-and-reward courier work in the United Kingdom.
